Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These website terms apply to airgo.ca. Paid work is also governed by the written proposal or service agreement accepted for that engagement.

Acceptance

By accessing airgo.ca or engaging AIRGO’s services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

Our services

AIRGO provides contractor marketing and growth-system services, including website work, local visibility, advertising, lead funnels, tracking, CRM and automation support, and reporting. Monthly management is separate from any one-time foundation build. The specific scope is defined in the written proposal or service agreement.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. AIRGO does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue. We commit to professional effort, sound systems, and transparent reporting.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the work, and reasonable approvals.

Third-party platforms

Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers). Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and AIRGO is not responsible for their actions, policy changes, or outages.

Ownership

Ownership and access are defined in the service agreement. AIRGO’s standard approach keeps the client’s core website, advertising accounts and business data in the client’s name. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and other licensed materials remain subject to their vendors’ terms.

Fees & payment

Monthly management is offered at the package price shown on the website unless a written agreement states otherwise. Any foundation build is a separate one-time scope issued after the audit. Advertising spend, taxes, third-party software and other pass-through costs are separate unless the agreement expressly includes them. Payment, renewal and cancellation terms are stated before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRGO’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
