Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This policy applies to airgo.ca and information submitted through AIRGO’s enquiry forms.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AIRGO (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit airgo.ca or contact us. AIRGO operates from Ontario, Canada.
Information we collect
Information you submit may include your name, company, email, phone, trade, service area, website or Google Business Profile URL, package interest and message. We also capture campaign and referral details such as UTM parameters, landing page, referrer and Google click identifiers when present. Hosting and security logs may record IP address, browser and device information.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare an audit, communicate about your project, operate and secure the website, measure website performance and improve our services. We do not sell personal information, and submitting an audit request does not enrol you in unrelated marketing messages.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and measure enquiries. Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until a visitor makes a consent choice. Visitors can accept or reject optional cookies and reopen cookie settings later. Limited consent-status or cookieless measurement signals may still be sent to Google when storage is denied.
Third-party services
We use service providers for website hosting and security, form delivery and email, and measurement, including SiteGround, FluentSMTP and Google. Providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside Canada, where it can be subject to foreign laws. We disclose only what is reasonably required for the service.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by record type.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold and ask questions about retention, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Email hello@airgo.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
